Please note that there is no lift in the building, so stairs are required to reach the apartment.

The apartment was fully renovated in August 2025, giving it a fresh and contemporary feel throughout.

The open-plan studio combines living and sleeping areas in a thoughtful layout. A comfortable sofa-bed serves as both seating and sleeping solution, providing flexibility and convenience. The kitchenette is equipped with electric stovetops, basic cookware, and everything you need to prepare simple meals. A private bathroom features a modern shower, adding to the comfort of your stay. The apartment is located on the second floor of a two-story house. Please note that there is no lift in the building, so the apartment is accessible via the staircase. The staircase still reflects its original character but is scheduled to be renovated in the future.
