Apartment in Leonberg (close to Public Transport, City Park and Shopping Center)

Accommodation Description

Our apartment is located in close proximity to the city park and the Leo-Center in a multi-family high-rise building. There is a direct connection to Stuttgart: the S-Bahn and bus lines will take you to downtown Stuttgart in a short time. The nearest S-Bahn station and bus stop are just a few minutes' walk away. Shopping options such as supermarkets, restaurants, and cafés are available in the immediate vicinity.
The Accommodation

The apartment is part of a two-room unit that serves as our "Secret Escape" from everyday life 😊 and is available for guests during the rest of the time. As a guest, you will have exclusive access to a fully equipped kitchen, sleeping/living area, bathroom, and balcony room for the duration of your stay.

The sleeping/living room features a bed (140 cm x 200 cm). The bathroom is fully equipped with towels and shower gel/shampoo 😊 In the living area, there are also two sofas if you want to simply relax.

Books and games are available in the apartment for you to enjoy during your stay.

Our kitchen is fully stocked with everything you might need during your visit. You will find a coffee machine, stove, oven, and refrigerator. Feel free to help yourself to the existing food and drinks.
Guest Access

During your stay, you will have access to the living/sleeping room, balcony room, kitchen, and bathroom. The building has a communal laundry room that you may use for longer stays. You'll need a laundry token for this (cost per wash: €1.50). Please let us know in advance if you are interested.
Additional Important Notes

Location/Public Transport/Parking: The apartment is centrally located, offering good public transport connections. However, this means that free parking in the immediate vicinity is limited. This is usually not a problem, as it’s only a 5-10 minute walk. We are happy to share our recommendations to make your stay by car as pleasant as possible.

House Rules: We kindly ask you not to smoke during your stay and to refrain from bringing additional unbooked guests (as well as pets). Unfortunately, we have had to deal with this issue in the past. Therefore, we request honest conduct during your stay.
