Family and dog-friendly holiday home with space for up to 9 (10) people The holiday home is part of a row of houses with historic miners' houses in Sankt Andreasberg, just a few minutes' walk from the centre and the hiking trails

The property is completely fenced, you can barbecue here and let your dogs play. Barbecue and garden furniture are available.

On the ground floor of the house there is an approx. 25 m² storage room for skis and bicycles. Two sledges are available for you to use free of charge. Through the storeroom you enter the courtyard with a small lawn area, where your dogs can get a breath of fresh air, the garden is fenced. A barbecue and garden furniture are available. A staircase on the ground floor leads to the actual living areas on the 1st floor and attic. On the first floor you will find a living room with a 127 cm diagonal Smart TV and a large cosy real leather sofa corner. From there you can access the fully equipped kitchen with hob, oven, microwave, coffee machine and dining area. There is also a bathroom with a corner bath, a bedroom with a double bed and a small bedroom with a 160 cm futon bed. Another staircase leads you to the attic, directly into the second living room with dining table and rustic beams as well as cosy seating elements that can be put together as a sleeping area (70 cm x 2.10 m). There is a flat-screen TV and stereo system here, as well as a cosy day bed. Here you will also find the second bathroom with shower, a bedroom with 2 single beds and another bedroom with 1 double bed.

You will find restaurants, shops and signposted hiking trails in the immediate vicinity.

Two sledges for free use can be found on the ground floor in the storage room for skis and bicycles.
