Comfortable stay by the waterThe property features a cosy living room and a well-equipped kitchen with various appliances. The kitchen includes a refrigerator and a freezer with three drawers, offering extra convenience during longer stays.
 
Through the patio door you can access the outdoor terrace with garden furniture and a parasol. From here you have direct access to the spacious private jetty with elevated deck and swimming ladder – a wonderful place to relax, sunbathe or take a refreshing dip in the water.

Bedrooms and bathroomOn the ground floor there is a double bedroom with two single beds and a bathroom with bathtub, washbasin and separate shower cabin. A separate toilet is located in the hallway.
 
On the first floor you will find two additional bedrooms, both furnished with two single beds. One of the bedrooms also includes a children’s bed, making the property particularly suitable for families.
