Living and outdoor lifeThe living room is all about the view. Large windows look out over the inner harbour, so the water is part of the room even from the sofa. The cosy seating area with flat-screen TV, the dining table and a rocking chair make it an easy place to spend time together.

Sliding doors open onto the covered terrace with a lounge set and garden furniture. In the garden you will find sun loungers and a parasol. With morning, afternoon and evening sun, breakfast, lunch and drinks simply move outside. As the villa is detached, you have space around you.

KitchenThe modern open kitchen comes with an induction hob, extractor hood, combination microwave, dishwasher, toaster and a fridge with freezer compartment plus a separate freezer. The Quooker gives you boiling water instantly, the Nespresso coffee machine takes care of your first cup of the day and there is even a citrus press.

Bedrooms and bathroomsThe villa has three bedrooms and two bathrooms. On the ground floor you will find a luxurious bedroom with TV and an en-suite bathroom with bathtub, walk-in shower and washbasin. Upstairs are two more bedrooms, one of them with TV, and a second bathroom with shower and toilet.

Beds are made up on arrival and a towel set is ready for each guest. A baby cot and high chair are available on request.

Wellness and extra comfortAfter a day on the water, warm up in your private sauna, with aromatic sauna scents included. Underfloor heating throughout keeps the villa comfortable in spring and autumn too. You also have Wi-Fi, a washing machine, tumble dryer and drying rack, plus insect screens for warm summer evenings. Pets are welcome. There are two private parking spaces and a lockable storage room for your gear.
