The Space:
Dear guests, welcome! Your cozy vacation apartment SEEPERLE welcomes you to the Baltic seaside resort of Warnemünde, less than 400 m from the fine sandy beach with your own beach chair, just a few steps from the spa gardens and the beach promenade. In front of the house you can use a private car and bicycle parking space free of charge.
During the season May - September you can use your own free beach chair in the “Strandoase Treichel” at the beach access 4-5, near Teepott and lighthouse opposite the Hotel Bellevue. The 30 m² SEEPERLE apartment is ideal for couples and offers a
independent 24-hour check-in with key safe. The apartment was furnished after renovation with great attention to detail. In the bedroom with a large double bed (180x200cm) and in the living area with a new leather sofa there is a flat screen TV. The kitchenette is equipped with a new refrigerator and a new Caran hob, coffee machine, kettle and microwave. A spacious built-in wardrobe offers plenty of space in the hallway. The bright bathroom with WC and shower has a daylight window, a make-up mirror and a hairdryer are available. Of course, you can use the WLAN and digital
television free of charge. The vacation apartment on the second floor of a renovated villa is reserved for non-smokers. Unfortunately, you cannot bring your pets with you.

... a perfect starting point for your tours through Warnemünde:
Just around the corner, in the traffic-calmed Mühlenstraße, you will find the restaurant “Atelier”, several bakeries with breakfast delicacies, “Webers Mein Kaffeehaus” and the somewhat different breakfast shop-café “Warnefornien”. There are pharmacies, ATMs, bike rentals, a fruit and vegetable store, the quaint wine bar “DeJa.bo”, flower stores as well as various boutiques and stores. There are other restaurants and cafés, shops and bars around the church square and in the town. The ‘Alte Strom’ with its historic captain's houses can be reached after 900 m and a short walk through Mühlenstraße and across the church square. The Warnemünde lighthouse is around 1 km from the SEEPERLE, and the train station or cruise terminal are a 20-minute stroll away. The
Hohe Düne marina with the marina residence and seal station or the Hohe Düne beach can be reached after 30 minutes and a short ferry ride across the Warnow.
For sporty adventurers, Warnemünde offers a variety of great water sports options in addition to the new Baltic Sea - cycle path. You can easily reach Rostock and Warnemünde by Deutsche Bahn or via the highways, the nearest airport Rostock-Laage is only 43 km away.

Other Things to Note:
During the season May 1 - September 30, SEEPERLE guests have their own free beach chair in the “Strandoase Treichel” at beach access 4-5, near the Teepott and lighthouse opposite the Hotel Bellevue. The basket with the number 65 is located in row 3 (to the right of the jetty to the water) and is secured with a padlock. The small key for it hangs on the key ring in the safe. The guest receives the enclosed small “beach chair etiquette” for booking the apartment in the period 1.5.-30.9.2025. A further key remains in the separate part of the safe, a third key with the janitor on site.

Bed linen and towels are not included in the price.
Linen packages, consisting of a towel, a shower towel, a sheet and bed linen, can be optionally booked up to 5 days before arrival via our travel registration form for €19 per person.
If you have to pay a tourist tax in this accommodation, this is already included in the accommodation price.
