This attractive 1-room holiday apartment is located on the first floor of a thatched Frisian house in one of the best residential areas of Rantum on the island of Sylt, only about 80 meters from the sandy North Sea beach and offers a fantastic view.
Via the entrance area with a spacious wardrobe, past the well-equipped kitchenette, you enter the tastefully furnished living/bedroom with its wonderful view over the picturesque Frisian houses of Rantum to the Wadden Sea. The southeast orientation gives the apartment a sun-drenched and cheerful ambience. The adjoining bathroom offers you a view as well of the North Sea and the Wadden Sea. The kitchen has a stove with 2 ring ceramic hob, refrigerator, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, egg cooker and crockery. The bright and invitingly tiled daylight bathroom has a bathtub with shower and a hair dryer. The sleeping area is furnished with two single beds, both electrically individually adjustable at the head and foot end. The living room is divided into a cozy dining area and a TV chair with a cupboard and a chest of drawers. TV, DVD, CD, radio and free WiFi are available. In the basement you can use the shared washing and drying room as well as the shared wellness area with swimming pool and sauna.
On the approximately 1400 square meter property you have your own sun pit with a wind-protected beach chair in the garden.
A private parking space also belongs to the apartment.
