The beautiful apartment in the Rotdorn vacation home offers you a light-flooded conservatory with underfloor heating, terrace and lawn with a view of the sunset and an exclusive sauna.

The accommodation is just a 5-minute walk from the Bodden beach and a surf spot, and a 7-minute drive (20 minutes by bike) from the fine Baltic Sea beach of Juliusruh, making it an ideal starting point for activities. A free private parking lot is also available.

Haus Rotdorn is a detached vacation home with plenty of space in a cozy mixed residential/holiday area with detached houses and a nearby playground - away from the hustle and bustle, traffic and tourist crowds in the countryside.

The apartment has a modern living and dining area with a fully equipped kitchenette including dishwasher and washing machine, a flat-screen satellite TV and a bathroom with sauna. The living area is approx. 48m², plus a 30m² sun terrace with table, chairs and large parasol.

The large conservatory not only promises a wonderful garden view, it is also heated so that you can also spend time here comfortably in the evenings.

The bedroom with the comfortable double bed (180x200 cm) also offers you a home office corner for working and vacationing.

WLAN is included and can be used freely in the accommodation.

The accommodation is suitable for a maximum of 3 adults (or 4 individuals in total).

Wiek is 7 km from the Baltic Sea beach Juliusruh, 13 km from Cape Arkona, 40 km from Bergen, 32 km from Sassnitz, 42 km from Binz and 50 km from Putbus.
Great activities worth seeing nearby are:
