With a generous 120 square meters of space, you’ll find plenty of room to unwind and feel at ease. Two bright, spacious bedrooms with high-quality king-size beds ensure a perfect night’s sleep. The open, light-filled living and dining area blends harmoniously with the modern, fully equipped kitchen. The reading nook on the loft invites you to retreat with your favorite book. An additional guest bathroom complements the spacious main bathroom and provides extra comfort for longer stays.

The heart of the Golf Cocoon is the private garden with a heated, secluded pool. Here you’ll find a stylish cabana with cozy lounge furniture, sun loungers, a refreshing outdoor shower, and two terraces for a relaxed breakfast or a glass of wine in the evening. No matter the time of day, the outdoor area offers the perfect ambiance to unwind.

A lovingly curated welcome package awaits you, featuring chilled Prosecco, still water, fine Nespresso capsules, various teas, a fresh fruit basket, Italian pasta with matching sauces, milk, butter, small jars of jam, honey, and a sweet homemade surprise.

A total of three private parking spaces are available directly at the house, one of which is in a single-car garage. If you arrive by electric car, you can charge it on-site using the 22-kilowatt wallbox (billed separately). Wi-Fi, a smart TV, and a Bluetooth speaker provide modern entertainment.

From beginner courses and family-friendly golf to challenging championship courses, there’s something for everyone. Three courses were even personally designed by golf legend Bernhard Langer, including the famous Franz Beckenbauer Golf Course. Right in town is one of the popular golf courses and a charming hotel where you can optionally enjoy an excellent breakfast for 17 euros per person.
