The house is facing to the south and is located on a dead end drive way with hardly any traffic. The main staition for the Ski-arena can be reached in 2 minutes down the slope. The luxurious apartment futures two king bedrooms with ensuite bathroom (one with shower, one with bath tub), two twin bedrooms and a bunk-room (with two sets of bunks for up to 4 children) and two adjoining bathrooms/shower. The apartments large reception and living area feautures a central fireplace and big windows leading onto the balcony. Both the living room and one double room has TV with DVD player. In the apartment you find a great collection of books, DVD’s and board games. There is a well and fully equiped kitchen, with hob, oven, microwave, fridge freezer and lots of cooking utensils. There is a separate utility area in the apartment and a boot and ski storage room are locatet in the basement. Access to a sauna and steam room is available in the neighbouring apartment house.

In the house you will also find washing machine and tumble dryer (for free shared use).
Smoking in the apartment is prohibited. Pets are not accepted.
