The spacious kitchen, renovated in 2013, includes a fridge-freezer combo, electric stove with oven, toaster, coffee maker, and kettle. A full bathroom with a washing machine connects to the upper floor, housing a sleeping nook (90 x 200 cm), an open sleeping loft (160 x 200 cm), and a bedroom with a double bed (180 x 200 cm). The house has both electric and wood heating, and communal amenities include bicycles, a rowing boat, and outdoor toys.
