The ground floor contains a shower bathroom with a toilet and sink, along with three bedrooms: one with a double bed, one with two single beds, and one with a sofa bed. An additional bedroom with a single bed is available in the basement, connecting to a large laundry room with a washing machine, a hand-wash basin, and another shower, plus a separate toilet. Guests must bring their own bed linens and towels, and a cleaning option is in planning.
