A sauna with a shower and washing machine is available, along with a separate toilet. The upper floor comprises three bedrooms—two with double beds and one with a bunk bed—and a well-equipped kitchen, dining area, and a bathroom with a shower and toilet. Access to a balcony and a winter garden provides additional space. The kitchen contains an electric stove with an oven, a fridge-freezer, and a coffee maker. Bikes and gardening equipment are stored in the garage, while guests can enjoy a rowing boat, sun loungers, and a grill. Internet access via Wi-Fi is included, and a laundry package is available for rent. Pets and smoking are not permitted.
