The entrance leads to a spacious living and kitchen area, featuring a cozy seating arrangement, a wood-burning stove, and a large dining table with stunning views of Lake Sommen. The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, freezer, electric stove, oven, microwave, coffee machine, kettle, and dishwasher. Adjacent to this area is a bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom with shower, toilet, and underfloor heating. The other half of the house comprises a comfortable TV room and two additional bedrooms, one with two beds and another with a single bed. A second bathroom is accessible from the entrance hall. Guests have access to a guesthouse with a double bed sofa and a wood-heated sauna, as well as a rowing boat with an electric motor.

The outdoor area of this modern holiday home, located on a serene peninsula at Lake Sommen, offers guests a splendid retreat. The approximately 2,000 m² property features its own private boat and swimming jetty, perfect for enjoying the lake's excellent fishing opportunities.
