À propos de cet hébergement

Cette maison a un plan d'étage ouvert avec vue sur le lac George depuis presque toutes les fenêtres de la maison. Deux portes coulissantes de 12 pi s'ouvrent sur la terrasse de 10 pi x 30 pi, la salle à manger, les chaises Adirondack, le barbecue et une variété de plantes en pot colorées pour votre plaisir. Quittez trois marches du pont vers la zone de feu de camp, deux tables de pique-nique et descendez vers votre quai privé. Canoë, kayak, baignade et bateau à partir de cette zone de quai. Il y a quatre chambres avec deux lits queen et deux lits doubles. La quatrième chambre est au troisième niveau qui ressemble à une cabane dans les arbres avec les puits de lumière et les fenêtres d'extrémité.
La cuisine est entièrement équipée avec tout ce dont vous aurez besoin pour préparer vos repas gastronomiques. Nouveaux appareils en acier inoxydable! Nous avons maintenant une douche extérieure! Douche sous les étoiles!
Nous avons un service de téléphonie fixe, Internet et si vous avez une cellule AT&T, cela fonctionne !!
Mes locations d'été sont limitées car j'ai plusieurs clients réguliers qui reviennent chaque année!

Lake George house

The Lake George house is a wonderful, comfortable house in a beautiful Lake George Bay. Lots of room, great access to the lake. Be sure you bring plenty of towels, including hand towels for bathrooms. We will be back!

Perfect Lakehouse getaway

The house was very rustic Lakehouse. My family loved the dock and canoes. 4 minute walk to the public beach. A perfect Lakehouse getaway. The owner checked in to make sure everything was okay and answered my questions along the way. I definitely recommend this property.

Great House at Lake George

We had a wonderful stay! It’s so beautiful. The house is in a great location. We spent most of our time in the lake. We went kayaking, fishing and swimming. The house is great! We were a party of 5 and had plenty of space. Linda is a wonderful host. Check in and check out were very easy.

Gull Bay Getaway

Second time coming to this spot and we loved it all over again. Great access to water and other activities. Full kitchen had everything we needed to prepare and cook throughout the week. Would stay again 10/10.

Fishing vacation

We loved this house: great views of the water while still having a sense of privacy. We appreciated having our own boat dock, and swam in the bay and used the kayak every day. Awesome outdoor shower and deck with grill which we also used daily. Comfy living room with lots of family games in tv console.

Perfect getaway to Lake George

This house was everything My Boyfriend and I had hoped it would be. Set right on Lake George it provided breathtaking views and water sports galore. It was quiet and peaceful. The owner Linda was so accommodating and available for any questions or concerns We had via text… I would highly recommend this property to my friends and family.

A slice of Lake George heaven..

Fabulous stay...clean and comfortable, roomy bedrooms and the word from guests was comfortable beds (always important), awesome deck overlooking a pristine and historic Gull Bay. Linda was fabulous to work with and very accommodating...we'll be coming back again and again.

Beautiful Spot and Home

The house is a beautiful in a great location. There is lots of space and it is very well decorated. There is a nice dock and beach next door. Linda is a great host. I would recommend it.

Excellent rental

The property manager was very kind. She reached out to us before our arrival day and then again the day of arrival . Anytime we reached out to her she was quick to respond and made sure that we were very comfortable. You have a great view from anywhere in the house. It was great to be able to use the Blackstone to cook on. There is a nice dock where you can go and sit and have your morning coffee and it was a very quiet area.

Great cottage

We loved the house absolutely, only problem was the dock which is on barrels so constant movement and with a the rocks we couldn’t use our kayaks without driving to the town beach

Great house, perfect location, and wonderful host!

This house was in a great location with easy access to the neighboring boat launch and beach. The host, Linda, was attentive and always responsive to any of our needs. The home was well equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. Our family thoroughly enjoyed our our time at this home. Lake George never ceases to amaze! Thank you Linda!

Amazing lake house

We loved this lake George house so much . Mother/Daughter Girls Weekend

My two daughters and I loved our stay at this property. It is directly on the water, with a large floating dock. We sunned, swam and paddled around in the canoe which was available for our use (also kayaks, floats and other stuff). We walked over to the public/association beach, just to check it out, but we loved jumping off the dock at the house so much more. The house was equipped with everything we could possibly need. We had not planned to go our for meals, so we stopped at the Walmart and brought groceries with us. The house had everything we needed to cook with, and even had a nice supply of spices and oil, which we added to on our way out, since we are used to having to bring everything! One of the best features was the large outdoor shower on the deck, which all three of us used, even the silly one who is afraid of spiders. She saw none! I think she was a fan as soon as she realized it ran hot, as well as cold, water! Heaven in the fresh air!

Amazing Location 10/10

We loved our stay at this beautiful home! I can’t say enough about how ideal the location is, with an impressive amount of Lakefront views. We prefer the northern part of the lake where it’s peaceful and serene. This is perfect for a trip with a group of friends/family! You can easily park your boat on the private dock or go for a swim right from the property! Day or night, the lake provides all of the entertainment needed and Linda is an extremely helpful and responsive host. As noted in the listing, it’s bring your own towels. Make sure you bring bath towels and beach towels! Also doesn’t hurt to bring a bath mat and hand towels/paper towels if you think you’ll need them. For our needs, we also found it helpful to bring extra toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner, and shower wash. This is standard anyways! We cooked all weekend and everything we needed was already in the kitchen. She even provided plenty of fire wood! We definitely plan on staying again because overall this was the ideal stay, thank you so much for a wonderful stay Linda!

Spectacular Sunsets

Perfect place for Adults relaxing along the edge of the water and getting away from the hustle of life . I witnessed some of the most beautiful sunsets from the dock during my stay . My son brought his fishing boat and parked it along the dock making easy access for fishing . My older granddaughters loved swimming off the dock and walking to the beach close by, also kayaking around the inlet . Lots of comfortable seating in the living room for families to gather to watch a movie & a big beautiful dining room table to have dinner together . Outside, Linda provides wood for the fire pit area & picnic tables for campfire seating. Overall , Plenty of fun things to do at this lake house and the host is very friendly & responsive. I would like to mention if you have toddlers this would not be a good place to relax with the steep banks and close proximity to the water . But would be perfect for older children & adults .

This was a great property right on the water in Gull Bay. The dock was very convenient. The kids loved the house as well, it was very comfortable and the owner was a pleasure to deal with.

Lake living at its best

Linda’s lake house is beautiful. She has it decorated nicely and the bedrooms are all of good size. If you love sunsets you’ll see some great ones from this property. Communication with Linda was very easy. She was always there to answer any questions we had before our stay and even checked in with us during our stay to make sure everything was satisfactory. The dock held our 24’ boat with no problem and the cove was calm for swimming or floating around off the dock. The beach is a short walk or swim away. The eight of us had a great time and look forward to another stay here.

Wonderful Peaceful lakefront home

This house and Linda were truly amazing!! A very peaceful week. We enjoyed spending time on the large deck eating, drinking, cooking and just hanging out. The rooms were all very spacious and comfortable. Kitchen well stocked with equipment to cook all of our meals. My 2 year old niece loved hanging out in the outdoor shower after time at the beach! 10/10 recommend!

I am and have always been in love with Lake George! It is the best! I have great pleasure in sharing my Lake House with others to enjoy this special Lake. There is never a bad day at THE LAKE!
I have several families that return every year! Summer rental is limited!

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

I first purchased this vacant parcel where we enjoyed picnics and camping for a few years.
Now the house began and enjoyed the whole building process. The property is on a private point but still close enough to the beach, launch and Ticonderoga shopping. Stay at this point or go by boat and explore THE LAKE.

You will have a view of the lake from almost every room. Spacious deck for dining, grilling or just sitting and relaxing. There are two kayaks, one double and a canoe for you to use. Now an aluminum row boat!
