Our holiday flat "In Air Studio" offers an excellent starting point for all activities that Braunlage and the Harz Mountains have to offer. It is located in a quiet side street and is only a 5-minute walk from the start of the extensive hiking, cycling and cross-country ski trail network, which leads to the Kaiserwanderweg and the picturesque Silberteich. There you can also discover the Nature Myth Trail, which is particularly suitable for children and families.

The holiday flat is located in a quiet residential street in the centre of Braunlage. The town centre, which is centrally located, is just a 5-minute walk away. Restaurants, banks, the spa gardens and shopping facilities are nearby and within easy walking distance, as are the Wurmberg cable car, the Rathauswiese with its ski lift, the ice rink and the VolksGolfPark. Due to the proximity to the Rathauswiese, nothing stands in the way of skiing and tobogganing fun.
A large, free car park is located directly opposite.

Our beautiful non-smoking flat has all the amenities you need for a relaxing stay:
- the bedroom has a double bed (160x200) and a spacious wardrobe
- the living-dining room has a large, cosy (sofa bed) (135x200), flat-screen smart TV and a solid wood dining table that invites you to spend long, cosy evenings playing games.
And with direct access to the loggia with a small seating area, you can enjoy the panorama to the full.
- The pantry kitchen is equipped with a hob, mini oven and fridge with freezer compartment as well as a microwave, kettle and coffee machine.
- The bathroom is equipped with a shower, WC and washbasin.
- Each room is accessible from the corridor.
