Spanning 120 m² of living space, the house comfortably accommodates up to 7 guests. It features 3 bedrooms, a total of 5 rooms, 2 bathrooms, and an additional guest WC. Thanks to its two-story layout, the living and sleeping areas are pleasantly separated. Please note that one of the upstairs bedrooms serves as a walk-through room. The house is a non-smoking property.

The close proximity to nature is a true highlight: Bottschlotter Lake is just 750 meters away, inviting you to enjoy relaxing strolls. The sea is approximately 4,700 meters away, while the nearest beach is located about 9,000 meters from the house. Shopping facilities and restaurants can be found within a distance of approximately 8 km. Public transport is just 200 meters away, allowing you to get around even without a car—though having a car is still recommended.
