For your upcoming stay on Sylt, we offer you a top-class holiday home in the center of Westerland. The "Sandpiper" apartment is part of the exclusive new project "Wilhelm." The residential and commercial building, completed in 2022, is located at the corner of Wilhelmstraße/Maybachstraße in the midst of the popular shopping street. The building combines classical elements, such as the restored tower spire, with modern comfort.

The tasteful 44 m2 holiday apartment, located on the 1st floor, invites its guests to an unforgettable stay on Sylt. Enjoy your vacation in the light-flooded living room with an open kitchen or relax on the spacious balcony. The maritime color scheme of the furnishings whets your appetite for a day at the nearby beach. On the way there, you will find numerous shops inviting you to stroll.

Living and dining area:
The spacious living and dining area offers enough space for a relaxing time for two. The modern, almost new kitchen with a Nespresso coffee machine encourages communal cooking and subsequent enjoyment at the high-quality wooden table or a relaxed movie night on the flat-screen TV. The balcony connects to the living and dining area through floor-to-ceiling windows. Relax on the high-quality outdoor furniture and enjoy the salty Sylt sea air with a special view of the St. Nicolai church tower.

Sleeping area:
The separated and bright sleeping area impresses with its comfortable box spring bed. The large wall cabinets in the bedroom and hallway provide enough storage space for an extended stay on our beautiful island.

Bathroom:
The modernly designed bathroom with high-quality granite and wood elements features a full glass shower with a rain showerhead, toilet, freestanding sink, and towel warmer. After a long beach walk in the Sylt wind, this bathroom is perfect for warming up and relaxing afterward.

You can conveniently park your car on a parking deck in the in-house underground garage (parking deck height 1.80 m!). From there, you can comfortably reach the apartment by elevator.
