This floor also features a stylish double bedroom, a modern bathroom with a spacious shower, a cozy TV room with a sofa bed, and a practical storage room. From the fully equipped kitchen and dining area, enjoy the stunning view towards Piz Julier and relax on the large, covered balcony.

An elegant staircase or the elevator leads you to the upper level, where a welcoming living room with a Swedish stove awaits you. Here, you will also find the second large balcony, offering a spectacular view of the Sella mountain range. Two tastefully furnished double bedrooms and an additional double bed on the gallery ensure restful nights.
