Cosy holiday home in dream location, only 30 meters away from the VĂ€nern!
This holiday home dates from the 1930s and has been extended in 2010. It offers the perfect starting point for your holidays in Sweden at the largest lake of the country, the VĂ€nern.
The holiday home has a living space of about 60 square meters and offers not only a fantastic view of the lake, but also an all-season standard with a new kitchen and a newly tiled bathroom. Also the living room with an airy ceiling height of 3,60 meters is new and includes an open fire as well as an easy-care tiled floor with underfloor heating. Right next to the living room you will find an outside area with south-western aspect. There is also a glazed terrace with spacious dining area and infrared lamps. In the kitchen daily life comforts like dishwasher and washing machine are available. There are also two bedrooms, a larger one with two beds and wardrobe as well as a smaller one with one bed. In the living room you will find two sofa beds with enough room for one up to two persons.
In addition there is a small guest room with two beds and electrical heating as well as a storeroom in the form of a shed at the property. The house is located next to an exclusive residential area and holiday home complex.
There are several places for bathing as well as a small harbor for boats in the vicinity of the house. Located at the lake VĂ€nern at the foot of the Kinnekulle hill, you will have excellent opportunities for hiking and cycle tours. Discover the many beautiful castles and manor houses at the waterfront of the VĂ€nern, which made this region well-known and popular.
