Une vraie maison loin de la maison. Détenu et aimé par notre famille depuis qu'il a été construit il ya 30 ans. Plage Classique Caroline du condo avant dans la belle North Myrtle Beach. Deuxième étage, unité de la fin, avec 2 chambres à coucher, 2 salles de bain complète, cuisine entièrement équipée et salle de lavage. Tous les nouveaux lits en 13 '. Deux lits jumeaux dans chaque chambre. Les lits peuvent être rapprochés pour former un lit queen. Canapé-lit dans le salon. Capacité d'accueil de six adultes. Approvisionné casier de stockage avec des chaises, des planches de bodyboard, etc. Sur le site de stationnement. Privé, piscine clôturée, et plage privée devant balcon avec accès à la plage. Salle de bain récemment rénové, nouvelle tuile, et le plancher de liège à travers, la peinture fraîche. Nouvelles TV LCD de dans le salon et la chambre principale.(S'il vous plaît ne pas tenir compte petite télé dans l'image)

Great Condo

The pictures of this condo don’t do it justice. It’s beautiful and Right On The Beach! Stunning views, pool is great, beach is gorgeous and it’s convenient to everything, yet far enough away from the hustle and bustle of Myrtle Beach and the large condos. We will definitely be back! Thanks for hosting us.

Perfect place to stay

I just have a couple small complaints, it would be nice if one of the rooms would have atleast one queen size bed I haven’t slept in a twin size bed since elementary school lol and the bed I slept in wasnt very sturdy so I was a little nervous about that other than that the beds were pretty comfortable .. now the WiFi , at the end of the day me and my family like to hangout in the living room and eat popcorn and watch a movie before bed the internet barley worked the tv kept freezing and the WiFi wouldn’t work on our tablets or phone. The location was perfect for us it wasn’t on the Main Street so it was nice and quiet. We are a family of 5 and this place fit all of us comfortably .basically had the pool to ourselves the whole week and same with the beach it wasn’t packed either. We had a great time here and hated to leave , If we had any question or concerns they always responded back within minutes. Now the parking is a little tight thankfully no one was parked to the left of me so I got in and out just fine wouldn’t recommend for bigger vehicles.This was our first time in north Myrtle Beach and We will definitely be back next year!

Condo was not clean upon arrival. We cleaned, so it was cleaned. The quad bedroom stayed hot. This was a third floor condo..actually 4 floors up including the under bldg parking. The parking was another story entirely. I drive a nissan rogue...a VERY tight squeeze. My daughter and grandaughter were whistled and yelled at by other renters.Although this is not controlled, by vrbo, still made us feel like a sketchy neighborhood.

Pros: Location was nice, priced reasonably, beach was not busy, condo had everything needed for the week for cooking etc. we had the pool to ourselves which was nice for the kids. Cons-If you drive a bigger suv the parking is not the easiest trying to get in and out of. The building is older so you can hear everything above you. Bedrooms don’t have curtains, beds are extremely squeaky. My biggest con was the cleanliness. 1st morning woke up to a roach on the living room floor. Cleaned under couch and found plastic easter eggs, dog toy and dog food pieces which were probably causing the issue (we didn’t find any more during our stay) Blinds in bedrooms were dusty, master bedroom where twins can be pushed together to form a queen we swept up fishing wire, a lipstick cap, clothing tags. Toenail clippers were under a lamp in living room. Needs a serious deep clean to floors. My 9 month old had black dirt on his hands/legs immediately after crawling on the floor. I used the swifter mop in the storage closet which removed some but still had to wipe him throughout our days. Sadly had to leave a day early due to him getting a fever when getting home he developed a skin rash which ended up being hand foot and mouth disease. Just pointing out possibilities of unclean condo during the week. I don’t usually leave negative reviews but wanted to leave this review because there were none in the last year when we booked so hopefully this will help someone else!

the unit was nice we enjoyed the balcony very much. It had everything we needed for a great vacation. The stairs are rough when checking in an out carrying things up and down is hard so keep that in mind when you book this unit. There is no elevator. Other than that we had a great time and enjoyed our stay probably would not stay again only because of no elevator.

Relaxing getaway

This is a beautiful and peaceful area. If you are looking for a relaxing and low key area to vacation then this condo is for you! It was clean, and equipped with basically everything you need! This was a quiet area so it made our stay very relaxing! Nothing better than being on the beach and being able to listen to the sounds of the ocean without distractions! The only part of the stay that was frustrating was upon our arrival with finding our parking space and then later finding the beach closet ( this was a weird set-up with numbering so it took a bit to figure out). We were sent a white parking pass in the mail but the parking spot said it was for yellow parking passes or the vehicle would be towed! After a couple phone calls and talking with other people arriving, we were finally able to talk with the president of the condo and get it resolved and was provided with a yellow parking pass. ( We were informed that this change had just taken place) I assume for future renters this will not be an issue. Once that was taken care of we were able to enjoy the entire week! My daughter already asked if we ever go back if we can rent this exact same condo? She's a teenager so it was a win win for our family! Lol! I highly recommend this condo!

Wonderful week at the beach

We truly enjoyed our stay in North Myrtle Beach. This property was easy to find, in a great location, and had all of the amenities. It is right on the beach. All kitchen appliances, dishes, and cookware were provided as well as towels, Beach towels, and Beach accessories.

Great beachfront get away

This was our first time visiting North Myrtle Beach but it won’t be the last There was so much to do. We were able to find something for everyone! David was a pleasure to work with. Communication was good and he was very responsive when we had questions. While we were there the ac fan motor burnt out. He had the HVAC people there as soon as possible. The condo was quiet and clean with everything we needed for our visit. We enjoyed just hanging out on the balcony area watching the ocean tides roll in. The beach area wasn't nearly as crowded in front of the building as just a little bit further up the beach. The only downfall was that the check out time is really 9:30 which made it difficult to get out in time with having to wash all linens before departure. It was a great week and we wish we were still there. Too bad it’s over. We will definitely consider this unit again.

Home away from home!

We absolutely loved our stay at Windy Hill. It really felt like we were home on the beach! Being from Pittsburgh we appreciated the Steelers stuff too. The view is magnificent from the back porch-being able to drink my coffee in the morning and read my book from there was perfect. The beach area behind the condo was not too crowded, with easy access through the pool area. Due to the smaller size of the condos nearby and no beach parking right there, it seemed like it wasn't nearly as packed as a few hundred yards down the sand. Shopping nearby for groceries, dining etc., Barefoot Landing is only a couple lights down too which is way better than the boardwalk in our opinion. Beds were comfy, bathrooms were clean, fridge kept the drinks cold. Kuerig coffee maker was fantastic. No idea if the stove/oven worked-i'm sure it did but we weren't there to do any cooking! Had a little issue with the check-out time in VRBO being different from what was listed in the terms but owners were great working things out with us. Highly recommend this condo and we hope to be back again next year!

We enjoyed sour stay!

We just came back from spending two weeks at this condo and we absolutely enjoyed our stay. We had a little issue with the door code on our arrival, which was totally our fault and we got in touch with the owner (who was vacationing in Mexico much to my embarrassment) who quickly responded. The condo was clean on our arrival and the picture on the website gives an accurate preview of the place, with one exception, the pictures of the balcony does not show that several comfortable bistro chairs were added, which I was really glad to see, since this gives us an unobstructed view of the beach and the ocean while sitting on the balcony. Thank you so much for that! The condo is very well equipped, not a thing is missing if you want to prepare your own meal which we did most of the time. The beds in the bedrooms were comfortable and we slept well. There are numerous pictures of the owners and their family on the walls and elsewhere which I liked. It gave us the feeling of being privileged guests (they are Pittsburg Steelers fans apparently ) The pool area is nice and well manicured with flowers and the pool was cleaned daily which we appreciated as well. All that being said, yes the place is a little dated and some area could use a bit of TLC, but that did not bother us at all. I dare you to find another two bedrooms oceanfront condo at this price that has this much to offer. We liked the location as well, it is in a quiet area close to Barefoot Landing and all the attractions are just a short car ride away. We will certainly return there without hesitation on our next NMB vacation.

Quiet retreat

Location was good but unit not clean on arrival

Unfortunately my first impression was arriving to a unit that had not been cleaned so after driving 11 hours I first began wiping everything down and sweeping floors. The owner was responsive and the unit was cleaned the following day. The unit is well stocked and it was nice to not pack towels & sheets. The unit is dated, and while the location was perfect I think I'd rather stay in a more updated condo next time. Though for the price, this is a good option.

very clean and homey.

This is a great family place. Condo was nice and clean and very comfortable. Everyone was very nice that we talked to. I liked the convenience of the deck that led to the outside area. Definitely a keeper to go back .

Relaxing Escape

We loved having our vacation in this condo! The best part is that we felt like we were at home! It had everything we needed and was such a relaxing place. The owners were so responsive and kind. Only thing I wish is that there was a queen bed instead of all twins. We will definitely be staying here again in the future!

Wonderful week

Had a wonderful week! Beautiful view from ocean front balcony. Condo was spacious and clean. Only negative... shower in master bath has a leak that needs attention. Would highly recommend and plan to use again.

4 generations of Byers have been enjoying this condo since our grandparents purchased this condo over 30 years ago. Sticking your toes in the sand (whether you can walk yet or not!) is truly a family tradition.

Before the hi-rises and giant mega resorts took over the grand strand, condos like ours welcomed vacationers to a quieter beach experience. If you are looking for a more serene vacation with just as much sunshine, we are the condo for you. Mere minutes from Barefoot Landing & miles of restaurants & fun. Nothing beats a walk on the beach as the sun goes down to burn off all of those 'all you can eat' crab legs!

Quels sont les atouts de cet hébergement ?

No lazy rivers or elevators at our condo (we're on the 2nd floor, only 3 floors total), but if privacy, and peace and quiet is what you're looking for, you've found it. A true classic Carolina Beach front feel. We're confident you'll love our home as much as we do!
