This modern and high-quality apartment is located in the beautiful Baltic Sea Resort Olpenitz, nestled between the Schlei fjord and the Baltic coast. High-end amenities include a large beach chair, a wood-burning stove, and an infrared sauna. You have access to two sun terraces, one of which is covered. The apartment was completed in 2020. We named it "Bliss" because it makes us happy, and we sincerely hope it will make you happy too.
The location is unique, especially if you appreciate peace and quiet. The apartment is located on the edge of the large open space on the Captain's Peninsula, which is currently still undeveloped and offers unobstructed views of the Baltic Sea. It's a dream to have breakfast here. The buildings on the Captain's Peninsula are very spacious, which we particularly appreciated, along with the proximity to Weidefelder Beach.
Up to four people and three dogs will find ample space here in two bedrooms and an open-plan living, dining, and kitchen area. Two floor-to-ceiling patio doors lead from here to the east-facing terrace with its sea view. The large beach chair with portholes allows you to sit comfortably outside, even in windy or cooler weather, and watch the migratory birds.
To the south, you'll find access to the second terrace, which is covered and furnished with comfortable wooden furniture. From here, you can enjoy the sunset over the harbor. The large L-shaped sofa faces the Baltic Sea. A smart TV with Netflix access and many other features is available. Children's books and various toys are provided for the little ones. A pair of binoculars hangs on the wall for your convenience.
There's a bedroom with a double bed (200x200 cm) and a TV, as well as a second bedroom with two single beds (90x200 cm) that can be pushed together to form a double bed if needed. Comfortable Scandinavian beds with a high base and high-quality mattresses were our first choice here.
In the dining area, we opted for a bench and two chairs. It's especially cozy to linger here and enjoy meals together at the solid natural wood table. This area is also ideal as a workspace. The internet is fast and reliable, and there's a power outlet right next to the bench, so you can easily work here if required.
Weidefelder Beach is just a short walk away, so your first stroll in the morning can take place right on the sand. The dog beach is about 800 meters away, and dogs are allowed to run free on other sections of the beach during the off-season. You can walk directly from the apartment to Schönhagen and Damp. There are countless opportunities for walking and cycling in the area.
The Italian restaurant "Ciao Bella," the EDEKA supermarket, the art café, and a shop selling decorative items are all within walking distance. The beach club is also easily accessible on foot, located along the path past the marina. A parking space is located directly at the apartment, and a shed is available for bicycles, handcarts, or other items you don't wish to bring into the apartment. An electric grill and a parasol are also provided for your use.
The Baltic Sea, and this apartment in particular, is also ideal for the winter months. A wood-burning stove and an infrared sauna after a long walk â what more could you want? For this time of year, we've also created an atmospheric, indirect lighting concept, which is located along the floor in the living and dining area, as well as on the bookshelf, and can be adjusted to all colors and brightness levels.
Speaking of the bookshelf: There's a small book exchange where you're welcome to swap books. In the mini Baltic Sea library, you'll find books about the Baltic Sea, the Schlei region, and various travel guides.
We are really looking forward to your visit to our trauma apartment.
