Large modern holiday home in the middle of the forest and by the lake with a huge terrace

Even the journey to this domicile is an experience. After leaving the asphalt road, you first drive 2 kilometers through the deep forests of Småland until you reach a clearing on a hill where this beautifully located and stylishly furnished villa is located in the middle of the forest. Below the gigantic terrace is the small lake "Sörsjön", where there is a wood-heated sauna and a jetty with a total of 2 rowing boats. There is also a bathing ladder on the jetty for hot days or after a sauna session.



The holiday home itself offers plenty of space and is modernly furnished. It consists of a living area of ​​around 100 m2 with panoramic windows and seating areas, a dining area, a huge TV with Swedish and German programs and a fully equipped kitchen with, for example, an extra drinks fridge, dishwasher, induction stove and two ovens.



The fireplace is powered by spirit and creates a cozy, feel-good atmosphere.



The house has four separate bedrooms with comfortable beds and two bathrooms with shower, sink and toilet. You have fast internet available here and the best thing is the huge terrace, from which you can look through the trees down to the lake just a few meters away.



The house is also rented out for long weekends and, in addition to an unforgettable comfortable holiday on the lake, is also suitable for trips for companies and clubs that like to take a break from everyday stress.



The Kingdom of Glass, the Elk Park in Kosta, the world of Astrid Lindgren, the distillery in Kyrkeby or the Småland metropolises of Växjö, Kalmar or Karlskrona in Blekinge can be recommended as excursion destinations.



Groups of more than eight people can also rent a neighboring holiday home for another five people and a guest cabin with two beds, kitchen and bathroom for an additional charge. This means there is space for up to 15 people. If you are interested, please ask our customer support.

Motorboat (can be rented), 2 boats (included). You have access to a sauna on the water. This can be booked on site free of charge. Guests of two other holiday homes also have the option of booking the sauna.

There are also up to four bicycles that you can use on site free of charge, but you are responsible for ensuring that they are roadworthy; there is no service from the host for the bikes.
