The house is located in the suburbs of Nuremberg. The S-Bahn takes you to the center of Nuremberg in 25 minutes.
There are several restaurants, bakeries, butchers and cafes on site.
Another highlight in the immediate vicinity is the free natural outdoor swimming pool Postbauer-Heng. You can get there within 5 minutes on foot.

The connections to public transport and to Nuremberg or Regensburg main train stations are good. The trade fair in Nuremberg can be reached by car in around 20 minutes.

The region's many hiking and cycling trails are suitable for leisure activities, including: B. the Franconian Lake District, 12 km away, can be reached.

Where the local children used to learn to swim, you can now end the evening with a glass of wine. The former swimming pool serves as a cozy living area with a spacious couch. The bathing establishment was converted from a disused swimming pool into a stylish holiday home with great attention to detail. In the immediate vicinity of the bathing establishment there is a sports field and a fenced soccer field with artificial turf.
