The south-facing balcony becomes your private box seat above the sea, where you can listen to the waves with your morning coffee and enjoy the setting sun in the evening.
Location in the Strandburg on the South Beach
Only 530 meters separate you from the fine sandy South Beach, yet from the balcony it feels like you could jump straight into the sea. The is more than just an apartment building. It's a small vacation paradise with its own bakery, where the scent of fresh bread rolls greets you each morning.
An ice cream parlor invites you to sweet breaks, and the 24/7 kiosk supplies you around the clock with everything you need. The large elevator takes you comfortably to the third floor, even with lots of luggage or a stroller.
The beach promenade at your doorstep transforms into your personal evening stroll in the evenings. Restaurants, bars and cafés line up one after another. The well-known Charchulla water sports school offers courses for anyone who has always wanted to try surfing, kiting or stand-up paddling. Fehmarn's such as the Marine Center (4.6 km) or Galileo World of Knowledge (4.5 km) are within easy reach.

The vacation home is located on the 3rd floor with a south-facing balcony in the apartment house "Die Strandburg" directly on the fine sandy south beach of the sunny island of Fehmarn.

The kitchen was also renovated in 2022. Otherwise, this is a very bright, modern vacation home with a great room layout and direct sea views.
