Welcome to the wonderful town of Weinstadt!
Our cosy flat is located in a modern residential and commercial building right in the heart of Weinstadt. Thanks to its excellent transport connections, it is the perfect base from which to explore the city, the Stuttgart metropolitan region and the surrounding area and spend a relaxing time.
Furnished with great attention to detail, the flat will enchant you with its charm and style.

Discover our perfectly located holiday flat with optimal transport connections, just 150 metres from the S2 tram. You can reach the centre of Stuttgart in around 20 minutes and can easily visit attractions such as Wilhelma, the MHP Arena, NeckarPark and the PORSCHE and Daimler-Benz museums. In the immediate vicinity is the award-winning supermarket MACK, which is not only known for its quality, but also offers regular tastings and a unique shopping experience.
Weinstadt offers a variety of shops and restaurants to suit all tastes, from sushi to Italian, as well as a rich selection of local wines. Be sure to try the famous butter pretzels from the SCHREIBER bakery and enjoy breakfast at the insider tip restaurant Die BOHNE. For gourmets, the Gourmet BERNER location is a must.
There is also a Sparkasse and Volksbank branch right in your street. Discover the best that Weinstadt has to offer and experience an unforgettable stay in our holiday flat.
You will find the key for the flat in the key box labelled "BREEZE" to the right of the entrance next to the letterbox. The front door can be opened in the same way. You will automatically receive the PIN for the key box one day before your check-in.
To get to your flat, open the front door and use the lift to get to the 2nd floor. If you enter the corridor from the lift, you will find the door to the flat directly on the left-hand side.
Your flat on the 2nd floor impresses with its exclusive style and cosiness, which will immediately make you feel at home. The open-plan living and dining area offers plenty of space to relax and invites you to linger on the magnificent terrace.
The fully equipped kitchen invites you to develop your cooking skills, with everything you need, including a fridge, ceramic/induction hob, oven, kettle, Nespresso machine and all the necessary utensils.
Comfortable beds for sweet dreams await you in the cosy bedroom, and the couch in the living room is available as an additional sleeping option on request. For families with small children, we offer a baby cot and a high chair.
The flat is equally easy to reach by car and by public transport.
Travelling by car:
It is possible to park in the streets around the flat on weekdays. In the evening and at weekends, you can park directly in front of the entrance to the flat or on the street leading to the S-Bahn.
Travelling by train:
The "Weinstadt-Endersbach" stop is very close to the flat. You will arrive here if you are travelling from Stuttgart main station to Schorndorf on the S-2 train. From here you can also get to Stuttgart city centre at regular intervals. Information on arrival and departure times can be found on the VVS (Verkehrsverbund-Stuttgart) website.
