Located in the eastern part of the village next to the bus stop and near the cross-country ski trail. This freshly renovated, comfortably furnished 2.5-room apartment invites you to fully enjoy your vacation. The large living and dining area is perfect for cozy hours. The new kitchen is equipped with an oven (combi steamer), glass ceramic stove, electric kettle, toaster, and Nespresso coffee machine. Throughout the apartment, there are beautiful, bright wooden and tiled floors.

The apartment is located on the 2nd floor with a sunny balcony overlooking the Lischana. The surroundings invite you to take small and large walks and hikes in a unique natural and cultural landscape, which practically begins right at the doorstep. Shopping is possible at the nearby Denner or in the bakeries and many local shops on Stradun.
The ski bus stop is located directly in front of the house, and you can comfortably reach the train station and the valley station in about 10 minutes by bus. Using the ski bus is free of charge in winter. The cross-country ski trail is only 200 m away.

Enjoy the most beautiful time of the year in Scuol and let yourself be conquered by the unique natural and cultural landscape. Take a cozy walk through the old town district, relax in the bath and sauna landscape, or go on one of the countless hikes in the Swiss National Park and enjoy the family ski area Motta Naluns in winter, which can be reached by ski bus in just 10 minutes.
