Welcome to Kalie’s House, your peaceful holiday home in Paliouri, Halkidiki, surrounded by greenery and close to some of Kassandra’s most beautiful beaches.

Kalie’s House is a comfortable two-level maisonette of approximately 75 m², set in a quiet residential area below the forest of Paliouri. With its private garden and relaxing outdoor spaces, it is an ideal choice for families, couples or friends looking for a peaceful holiday close to the sea.

The house comfortably accommodates 4 guests and can host up to 5. Upstairs, there are two bedrooms and one bathroom, while the ground floor features a living area, a fully equipped kitchen and a second bathroom. The house also offers Wi-Fi, a washing machine, dishwasher, mosquito screens and new air conditioning units throughout.

One of the highlights of Kalie’s House is its private garden — a lovely place for peaceful mornings, outdoor meals, BBQs and relaxed summer evenings. You can also enjoy balconies overlooking the greenery and an outdoor shower with hot water, perfect after a day at the beach. Free private parking is available close to the house.

Families with children are especially welcome, with toys and board games available and a baby cot upon request.

Guests have exclusive use of the entire house and private garden. Check-in is easy and flexible through a secure key lockbox, and we are always available should you need anything during your stay.

The beautiful beaches of the area can be reached on foot, while by car they are only a few minutes away. Beach bars, restaurants, cafés and shops are also within easy reach.
