Welcome to the charming 30 sqm apartment 'EifelschÀtzchen' in Schleiden-Bronsfeld! The former shoemaker's workshop has been lovingly renovated and offers a quiet accommodation for up to 2 people. Equipped with a fold-out sofa bed, kitchenette, TV, Amazon Fire TV, and washing machine, it is ideal for longer stays. The accommodation is a perfect starting point for exploring and hiking in the Nordeifel region.
The apartment is accessed through a front door facing the street. The entrance area provides access to the living room, bathroom, and cooking and washing niche through the hallway. A coat rack allows hanging jackets and storing shoes.
COOKING / LAUNDRY
The kitchenette features a stove, a sink, and a washing machine. Smaller amounts of washed laundry can be hung on a wall-mounted clothes dryer.
BATHROOM
The bathroom is tiled and includes a toilet, a sink, and a shower. The bathroom has a window overlooking the holiday home's garden. Adequate privacy is ensured through privacy screens and shutters.
LIVING / SLEEPING
The living and sleeping area is illuminated with daylight through two windows facing the holiday home's garden and glass blocks facing the street. The window to the garden can be darkened with curtains and shutters. The glass blocks can also be darkened with curtains.
The two-seater sofa can be unfolded and serves as a sofa bed. The dining area offers two seats. Clothes can be stored in the old farmhouse wardrobe and the dresser.
The TV receives television programs via a satellite dish. A FireTV Stick is available. Relevant apps (Netflix, Disney+, Amazon Prime, Paramount+, etc.) are installed. You will need to log into those apps with your own account.
The apartment is a self-contained living unit and is located on our property next to our main house and the holiday home 'EifelschÀtzchen'. Guests can enter the apartment through a private entrance.
The garden is not available to guests staying in the apartment. Smoking is not allowed in the apartment, and pets are not allowed inside.
Bronsfeld is a village with about 800 inhabitants. Many of our neighbors keep animals and work in agriculture. Do not book this apartment if you do not want to hear animals (chickens, roosters, cows, dogs) or agricultural machinery (tractors).
Bronsfeld is a high-altitude village. The nearest supermarket/bakery is about 3 km away. Bronsfeld is ideal for those who want to get away and seek proximity to nature. However, it may be less suitable for those who do not want to miss the conveniences of a city in close proximity.
This listing is primarily aimed at people who:

- Can do without the service and comfort of a hotel with a 24-hour reception
