After a change of ownership in July 2023 and numerous modernizations in terms of the furnishings and equipment of the holiday home, we are now renting it out for the first time.

Haus Seebrise for non-smokers is located above Lake Userin and impresses with its bright and friendly interior, which offers all the amenities for a relaxing holiday. On the ground floor you will find a light-flooded living/dining room with a comfortable seating area, a dining table and an open, fully equipped kitchenette including an induction hob and dishwasher. Entertainment and communication are not neglected, thanks to the LED television, a DAB+ HiFi system with Bluetooth connection to your smartphone and the freely accessible public WiFi network. A bedroom with a double bed and a shower room with toilet are also on this level.

The open gallery in the attic houses another bedroom with two single beds. On the south-facing terrace and in the front garden, garden furniture, a parasol and a barbecue invite you to relax.

A parking space directly adjacent to the holiday complex is available to you. The facility itself is only accessible for loading and unloading. Unfortunately, pets are not permitted anywhere in the holiday complex. There is a playground with a sandpit and play equipment for younger guests. Young people and adults can use the multifunctional football and basketball court in the immediate vicinity.

A spacious bathing area with a fine sandy beach is located below the holiday center. The shallow shore is also suitable for small children. A jetty and a water slide provide additional swimming fun. Rowing boats, canoes and life jackets can be rented locally for a fee. A small grocery store is about 250 meters away. The nearby Neustrelitz offers a wide range of cultural and leisure activities as well as numerous shopping opportunities.

The resort's reception will be available to answer any questions you may have during your stay. There you can use the washing machine (€5) and dryer, as well as bed linen (€10) and towels (€5), a cot (€8), a high chair (€8) and a rowing boat (€15) which can be borrowed (subject to availability and prior telephone call). Three days before the start of your stay, you will receive a welcome guide by email with further information on arrival and key collection.

Please note that a deposit of 100 euros must be paid in cash to the on-site manager upon arrival. You must bring your own bed linen and towels or can rent them at reception for a fee. In the holiday complex, guests' electricity costs are calculated based on individual consumption, currently at 50 cents per kWh. The costs for electricity consumption will be offset against the deposit upon departure.
