Positioned at the end of a row with no neighboring home on one side, this property offers an open, private feel while keeping you close to recreation, golf, dining, and entertainment.

One of the home`s greatest conveniences is its location—you can walk to the Village of Dabney Recreation Center and neighborhood pool, making it easy to enjoy a refreshing swim or relaxing afternoon close to home.

Comfortable Florida Living

Inside, Kuenher Corner Villa features a bright, open floor plan with comfortable furnishings designed to make both short and extended stays feel like home. The living room offers plenty of space to unwind and a large-screen TV for movie nights, sporting events, or relaxing after a day exploring The Villages.

The fully equipped kitchen includes cookware, dishes, coffee maker, blender, crockpot, toaster, and everyday essentials for preparing anything from breakfast and morning coffee to a complete dinner. The open dining and living areas make it easy to gather and entertain.

Both bedrooms feature comfortable queen-size beds. The spacious primary suite includes a private ensuite bathroom with dual sinks and a walk-in shower. The guest bedroom is conveniently located near the second full bathroom in the hallway, which includes a bathtub.

Guests also enjoy full access to the garage, providing additional convenience and storage during longer stays.

Outside, the corner location adds to the home`s appeal. The porch and lanai sitting area are positioned along the open side of the property where there is no immediate neighboring home, creating a more spacious and private setting for enjoying your morning coffee, reading, or simply relaxing in the Florida weather.

Village of Dabney

The Village of Dabney offers a wonderful neighborhood atmosphere surrounded by the recreation and natural beauty of the southern Villages. With the neighborhood recreation center and pool within walking distance, enjoying The Villages lifestyle couldn`t be easier.

As you head toward Sawgrass, you`ll find some excellent recreation destinations along the way.

Franklin Recreation Center offers a family pool along with pickleball, tennis, outdoor recreation, ping pong, billiards, games, and activities for a variety of ages and interests. Nearby MickeyLee Pitch & Putt provides another fun way to enjoy golf and the outdoors.

Homestead Recreation Center offers even more recreation, including pickleball, an adult pool, a dog park, and the unique Astronomy Park.

With numerous additional pools, recreation centers, golf courses, walking areas, and outdoor activities throughout this part of The Villages, there is always something new to enjoy.

Temporary Resident IDs

Guests interested in accessing eligible resident amenities may apply for Temporary Resident IDs through The Villages.

The Villages allows two Temporary Resident IDs per household for a $50 fee, payable directly to The Villages by cash or check. Temporary Resident IDs provide eligible guests access to resident amenities during their stay, subject to The Villages` current rules and policies.

Additional guests may be eligible for Guest IDs/passes, which can be requested through the Temporary Resident ID holders, subject to The Villages` requirements.

Golf Cart Rentals

A golf cart is not included with this property.

If you`re interested in renting a golf cart during your stay, let us know after booking and we`ll be happy to provide a list of local golf cart rental companies.

Some independent providers offer the convenience of delivering the golf cart to the property on your arrival date and picking it up on your departure date without an additional delivery or pickup charge. The golf cart rental itself is not complimentary. Rental rates, availability, insurance, requirements, and all other terms are established directly by the independent golf cart provider.

Pet Policy

One well-behaved dog may be considered with prior approval. Please contact us before booking if you plan to travel with a dog. Generally, a maximum of one approved dog is permitted per stay.

Cats are not permitted.

Smoking or vaping of any kind is strictly prohibited inside the home, garage, lanai, or anywhere on the premises.

Failure to comply with this rule may result in:

Additional cleaning and deodorizing charges
A penalty fee between $200 and $500
Potential immediate termination of the reservation without refund
🐱 No Cats Allowed

Cats are not permitted in any of our properties under any circumstance unless explicitly authorized in writing prior to arrival.

Unauthorized cats in the property may result in:

Deep cleaning charges
Allergen remediation charges
Penalty fees between $500 and $1,000
Additional charges for damages, odors, or excessive cleaning requirements
🐶 Dog Policy (Pet-Friendly Homes Only)

Some homes may be designated as dog-friendly. Approval is required prior to booking or arrival.

Dog Requirements:
One dog maximum unless otherwise approved
Less than 30 lbs preferred
Non-shedding breeds preferred
Must be house-trained and well-behaved

Guests must contact the host prior to arrival with:

Age
Temperament/personality details
Whether the dog is potty trained and accustomed to indoor environments

Approval must be confirmed through the booking platform messaging system or in writing.

Additional Cleaning Fees

If excessive pet hair, odors, stains, waste, or damages are found after checkout:

A minimum additional fee of $200 may be charged
Additional damages beyond cleaning may also be billed separately
👶 Children & Infant Safety

Families with children and infants are welcome; however, guests acknowledge that homes are not childproofed unless specifically stated otherwise.

Guests are fully responsible for:

Supervising children at all times
Safety around pools, lanais, golf carts, kitchens, and furniture
Bringing any baby-specific items needed for safety or comfort

The property owner and management company assume no responsibility for accidents or injuries related to inadequate supervision.

🚐 No RVs, Boats, Trailers, or Commercial Vehicles

Due to community deed restrictions within The Villages:

The following are not permitted to be parked overnight or stored at the property:

RVs
Boats
Trailers
Commercial vehicles
Large work vans or utility vehicles

Guests may need to arrange off-site storage accommodations for these vehicles during their stay.

Failure to comply may result in towing, fines, HOA violations, or additional charges passed through to the guest.

Quiet hours should be respected
Excessive noise or disruptive behavior may result in immediate termination of the stay without refund

The registered guest making the reservation is responsible for:

Compliance with house rules
Any damages, missing items, excessive cleaning, or violations occurring during the stay
