This high-quality, 40 m² two-bedroom holiday flat on the ground floor features:

- A fully equipped kitchenette with a fridge, a 4-ring ceramic hob, an oven, a dishwasher, a Nespresso coffee machine including capsules for the day of arrival, a kettle with a fine selection of teas, and a toaster.
- A dining and living area with a comfortable pull-out sofa bed, attractively furnished and featuring a flat-screen TV.
- Free Wi-Fi and guest parking are available.
- Access is via a code system, so there is no need to hand over keys.

The flat can accommodate up to 4 people, with a double bed and 2 sleeping places on the sofa bed.
