Decorated in the classic colors of the country, white and blue, the two-storey vacation home was renovated, newly furnished and equipped in 2023. Villa Emilios is quietly and idyllically situated on a beautiful hillside, surrounded by a magnificent garden with olive trees, palm trees, fruit trees and numerous Mediterranean plants.

Access to the house is via a few steps directly into the living room with wood-paneled high ceiling and adjoining kitchen corner with dining room area. Direct access from the living room to the covered terrace with fantastic views of the pool, the blue sea and the beautiful green landscape. Adjacent to the living room is the master bedroom with its own bathroom. A spiral staircase leads from the living room to the ground floor, where there is a large living room with a sofa for 2 people and an adjoining desk area. Direct access to the front ground floor terrace of the vacation home, the garden and the pool. The living room leads to the two bedrooms and the shared bathroom. Both bedrooms have access to a side terrace with wonderful views of the surrounding hills and the sea. The pool terrace leads through the garden to another terrace with a brick-built sofa. On the ground floor of the house, directly above the terrace, there is a separate storage room with a washing machine.

The pool terrace is equipped with sun loungers and parasols. The approx. 50 m² private pool (11 x 4.5 m, 1.50 m deep, not heatable, in operation all year round) provides refreshment and bathing fun for young and old.

The large pool in front of the house with its various terraces and sun loungers invites you to swim, linger and sunbathe. In the evening you can enjoy the beautiful sunset with a glass of wine and let the day fade away. The covered BBQ terrace with gas barbecue is located to the side of the pool. The wood-burning stove in the living room provides warmth and comfort on some cooler days. The dining room table adjoining the open, bright kitchen is a great place to cook, sit and eat together in convivial company.
