Holidays by the water in a beautiful bay on the Gullmarsfjord

This lovely holiday home with well-equipped guest hut and sea hut on the seaside and with its own bridge is located on a nice property of Gullmarenfjord, about 10 km from Lysekil.

The attached is a generous terrace with large dining area and sea views. On the other side of the house there is a huge green for play and ball games. The house of about 80 m2 is built in the seventies and has a large living room with wood burning stove, well-equipped kitchen area and three bedrooms. Toilet room with washing machine and separate shower room. Includes outdoor room with seating furniture and flat-screen TV.

The guest hut is 15 m2 with two single beds, mini kitchen, shower, and a small terrace facing the sea.

In the sea hut at the edge of the seafront there is a double bed, possibility for simple outdoor cooking and access to the shower (non-toilet).

Outside the bridge there is a sandy bottom. The water is shallow but varies during the day with ebb and flow. For bathing in deeper water there is a bathing fleet with electric motor that can be moored at boj further into the bay.

Two golf courses are within about 10 km distance. Grocery stores and other services can be found in Brastad (7 km) or Lysekil (10 km).
