Vacation home in Gothenburg's northern archipelago

Enjoy the summer on Bohus-Björkö, a beautiful island at the West Coast of Sweden, which can be reached by car.

On the island you will find a supermarket, ice-cream parlor, filling station, pizzeria, restaurant, guest harbor (for those people who arrive by boat), boat hire as well as a fish shop. And, of course, a lot of beautiful places for bathing will be found around the island.



The holiday home has two bedrooms in the ground floor. Upstairs you will find the large living room, a large bedroom as well as another small room with a bed. The host couple has a small apartment on the ground floor of the house which is not included in the rental.



Why not enjoying breakfast at one of the two balconies?! One of them is a bit smaller with the morning sun and in this way suited for breakfast, and the other one has a size of 30 square meters with the sun during the rest of the day.



Bohus-Björkö is an island and a locality right in the middle of the local authority district of Öckerö, located in the northern skerries of Göteborg. There is a population of about 1427 inhabitants and the island has an area of 5,5 square kilometers. To reach the island, you can use the car ferry which is free of charge. This car ferry needs only 5 minutes to reach the mainland and goes every 30 minutes (at certain times even every 15 minutes). The island is only 25 minutes by car away from Gothenburg, however, if you take the bus it will take you 40 minutes.
