The house is open floor plan concept and includes a modern kitchen and amenities.

The Great Room opens to the terrace and swimming pool. The terrace is a perfect place to take a nap, read or play games. There is also a outdoor dining area that seats 8 and an outdoor gas grill.

The Living Areas include: a great room, indoor dining area, and kitchen.

There are five bedrooms:

The master bedroom includes a desk providing the opportunity for remote work. The master bathroom has double sinks, a jetted tub, a large shower and a walk-in closet area. The bedroom has a view of the ocean and a patio right outside.

The second downstairs bedroom includes a queen sized bed with an en suite bathroom with shower.

Two of the upstairs bedrooms feature king sized beds, en suite bathrooms, and a large private terrace overlooking the Bay of Banderas.

The fifth bathroom located upstairs is perfect for the kids with twin bunk beds and access to a large hallway bathroom and rec area with a TV and games.

Modern amenities include air conditioning, washer & dryer, and high speed wi-fi.

Casa Cupolas is located in gated community staffed 24 x 7 to protect the privacy of the community.

The home is exquisitely designed to a accommodate 8 adult guests comfortably and the bunk room can accommodate two children.

The house is 100 feet from the ocean, with easy access to a wonderful mile-long private sandy beach that is well known as the “Burros Break” among surfing enthusiasts.

Personal chef service can be arranged separately for an additional fee.

Casa Cupolas is located about 30 minutes North of the Puerto Vallarta International airport. Transportation to and from the airport can be provided for an additional cost.
