Guests share amenities within the Bellevue house complex (Buildings A-C). Access to various facilities, including nearby restaurants, a playground, and a skate park, is available within walking distance. Additional services such as a bakery, bike rental, and a gym can be found within 800 meters. Although certain communal features may be subject to seasonal availability and fees, the apartment remains a perfect base for enjoying the surrounding area. Please note that from March 2026, extensive renovation work is scheduled, impacting rental availability until early 2027.
