Svolis Townhouse - Urban Oasis with Pool & Garden

Our enchanting holiday home is the perfect fusion of tradition and modernity in a natural setting, in the middle of Karystos, a port town in the South of Evia. Very recently we've transformed this historic gem into a modern living space. A lot of passion for restoring and attention to detail went into this place. The big garden with the pool is unique in Karystos.

The traditional stone house offers a spacious retreat of 80 sqm. Inside, you'll find a bedroom with a comfortable king-size bed and a lounge area, that seamlessly connects with a fully equipped kitchen.

The living area and bedroom are connected by a spacious bathroom. Surrounding the house is our expansive 350 sqm garden, creating a serene atmosphere.

A second bedroom with private bathroom is located in a small detached guest house, accessible via the terrace. Indulge in a truly relaxing vacation at our Karystion retreat, where all facilities are within walking distance, allowing you to embark on an unforgettable getaway.

*Please note the layout of the house:
- the main house has 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom and 1 living room (80 sqm).
- the 2nd bedroom is also a detached small room (18 sqm), with own bathroom.

**For guests, who are planning to rent the place in the winter time please note: - The outdoor-pool is closed from November through April.
- We have a AC in the bedroom with heating function, but no heating system in the house
