Upstairs are two spacious bedrooms overlooking the garden. Both rooms feature king-size beds that can be configured as twin beds, generous cupboard space, blackout blinds and quality linens. One bedroom also includes a dedicated workspace.

The ground floor is open-plan and designed for easy indoor-outdoor living. Large stacking doors open completely onto the private courtyard, creating a seamless connection between the living space and outdoor entertainment area.

Inside you'll find a fully equipped kitchen with a gas hob, oven, full-size refrigerator, dining area, comfortable lounge seating and a large Smart TV with Netflix and YouTube Premium.

Outside, guests can relax in the wood-fired hot tub, enjoy outdoor dining, unwind on the sun loungers or make use of the barbecue area. The courtyard is fully enclosed by mature hedging, creating a private and peaceful space to enjoy Cape Town's outdoor lifestyle.

The cottage is completely separate from the main residence and offers secure parking for two vehicles behind its own gate.
