* Air Conditioning: The air conditioning units are located in the bedrooms only and are designed to cool the sleeping areas. Please note that the apartment does not have central air conditioning.

* Shower Hot Water: To adjust the water temperature, use only the RIGHT shower knob. Turn it fully open for the hottest water. For a cooler temperature, simply turn the knob counterclockwise until you reach your desired setting.

* Extra Amenities: In the closet next to the bathroom, you’ll find:
* Extra towels (stored in a plastic bin)
* A basketball to enjoy the courts at Lamela Park
* A first aid kit
* An iron and ironing board

* Please Lock the Door: Whenever you leave the apartment or check out, please make sure the entrance door is securely locked.

* Island Living: As Isabela is a beautiful coastal town in Puerto Rico, you may occasionally see mosquitoes, small lizards (harmless geckos), or other insects. The property is professionally fumigated on a regular basis. To help prevent pests, please avoid leaving food or drinks outside.

* Power & Water Outages: Puerto Rico occasionally experiences power and water interruptions due to tropical weather, hurricanes, or utility maintenance. This property does not have solar power or a water reserve system. While we always hope outages won’t occur, they are beyond our control, and we appreciate your understanding should one happen during your stay.

* Back Patio: For everyone’s safety and privacy, the back patio is not available for guest use.
