GOOD TO KNOW:
- Since 1st of January 2026 there is a CITY TAX in Bucharest for 2€/ GUEST/ NIGHT. This tax is NOT included in the Reservation total and must be paid.
- According to Romanian Law all visitors must complete Check-in FORM before or at check-in..

In order to be able to offer SELF CHECK-IN I will provide a link with ONLINE CHECK IN FORM that also contains a payment link for the CITY TAX.

By booking with us, you agree to follow these guidelines:

🕒 Check-in time: 3 PM / 15:00


🚪 Check-out time: by 11 AM / 11:00


🔑 Self Check-in: self check-in is available via Lockbox.


⏰ Early Check-in/Late Check-out: available on request (extra charges may apply).

🆔 Mandatory Romanian regulation compliance: ID photos required for check-in.

🏠 Use of Apartment:
The apartment is strictly for residential purposes. For photo/video shoots, please let us know before booking (extra charges will apply).

🚫 No Events, Gatherings, or Parties:
We care a lot about our neighborhood community and aim to keep things pleasant for everyone.

💔 Accidents and Damages:
We understand that accidents can happen. If something gets damaged, please just let us know. We appreciate your honesty and help in keeping our place nice for everyone.

🚭 Smoking Policy:
While smoking is not encouraged, should you choose to smoke, please do so near an open window and make sure not to throw anything outside.

👟 No shoes:
We recommend removing your shoes to help keep the apartment clean.
