Welcome to our 2-bedroom apartment with a private library and open fireplace in the heart of the city. Our apartment offers 200m2 of living space and can comfortably accommodate up to 4 guests. The highlights are the open fireplace and private library, where even the Habsburg Franz Ferdinand received tuition!

Conveniently located, the subway station U3 and tram stations are right outside our door, providing easy access to explore the city.

The private library is perfect for book lovers and provides a peaceful and quiet space for reading and contemplation, with a working desk for those who need to get work done. The two bedrooms are comfortable and inviting, with soft bedding and plenty of storage space. The kitchen is fully equipped, and the dining area provides a perfect spot for enjoying meals together. The spacious bathroom features both a shower and a bathtub, providing the ultimate relaxation after a long day of exploring the city.

Our apartment is located in a prime location, within walking distance of many of the city's top attractions. There are plenty of cafes, restaurants, and bars in the neighborhood, as well as grocery stores and other amenities. The area is safe and friendly, with a vibrant atmosphere that is perfect for exploring the city. Whether you're here for business or pleasure, our apartment is the perfect home base for your stay.

The access to the subway line U3 (Neubau, Stephansplatz) and the streetcar lines (along Ringstrasse) is directly in front of the house, to the U4 Stadtpark (Schönbrunn) it is about 4 minutes walk .

A large supermarket is located on the first floor of the house.

This is a fabulous property in a fantastic location. Max was a great host. This is an usual place as its clearly someones home as wellas a rental so that adds to the unusual vibe. Loved it, will try and stay here again next time we're in Vienna. Sorry Max, youre put of beer.

Lovely apartment in perfect location

We really loved this place and will definitely be back. The photos and details on the listing give a completely genuine impression of the flat and the location couldn’t be bettered. Tram and U-Bahn right next door and only 10 minutes walk to the Stefansdom. Very well equipped too.

Fantastic!

Beautiful property, fantastic location, excellent communication and super easy. The library was by far our favorite room and the huge bathroom with separate area for the toilet and shower made sure that 4 women getting ready was not a problem at all. I would absolutely recommend this property.

High-end inner city apartment

We stayed two adults and a child for a week in this beautiful and quiet apartment at the Ringstraße. Old style apartment with high ceilings, recently renovated with style and class. Kitchen includes a nespresso machine and everything needed for cooking. Excellent location next to U-bahn, also close to station served by the CAT airport train. Lots of restaurants, bakeries and shops nearby.

The listing for this apartment was wildly inaccurate. The pictures did not reflect the sacks of empty beer bottles in the kitchen, the addition of a pool table to one of the bedrooms, nor the reshuffling of furniture to move the clothes cupboard (completely taped shut) to the hallway and the downgrading of the bed frame from furniture to a box of cardboard. Yes, the bed frame was simply a cardboard box. "Family friendly" cannot be used to describe this apartment when you consider the explicit drawings hanging from the dining room light fixture and the nude photographs and artwork littering nearly every corner of the apartment. Checking into the apartment was next to impossible. In the entry, there were approximately 35 pairs of shoes in front of the door, a woman who spoke no English also trying to enter the apartment, and a set of keys that did not turn the lock. It's hard to overstate how filthy the couches were; perhaps they had been used as motor oil changing stations. Part of the appeal of the apartment is the library, but forget about reading any of the books, as they're locked up. All the closets were also locked or taped shut and the pool table bedroom with the cardboard bed frame also had a large sewing machine with a handwritten sign saying "do not touch." Almost everything about this apartment was different from the pictures. Half of our party left three days early and the rest of us left a day early. Great bathtub.

Thank you for your feedback. For future guests, we’d like to reassure you that the apartment matches the photos and check-in is an easy self check-in process. The bottles mentioned are part of a small bar with spirits for guests to enjoy. The spacious 50m² bedroom includes a pool table and design furniture as pictured. There is no explicit artwork; a few very old books are kept locked simply for preservation, so the space remains welcoming and family-friendly. Nevertheless we are sorry the apartment did not meet your expectations.
