Recently renovated in late 2022, the living and sleeping areas feature ecological wood parquet flooring. The living room includes a dining area, a couch with two armchairs, radio, satellite TV, a DVD player, games, and reading material, along with direct access to a private south-facing terrace furnished with garden furniture and a beach chair (available from April to October), offering a pleasant view over the dunes to the Halligen.

The small, separate kitchen is equipped with a stove, waffle maker, hand blender, coffee machine, and more. The bathroom features a walk-in shower, toilet, hairdryer, and exhaust fan. A shared basement contains a washing machine, dryer, and drying room, while a private cellar holds beach games, sun loungers, a parasol, cushions, a high chair, and storage space for luggage. Please note, pets are not allowed, and the apartment is non-smoking. Wi-Fi is not available.
