Beautiful holiday flat surrounded by lakes, mountains ans nature

Our holiday apartment is located on the sunny south side and has two separate bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, a modern shower room and is very lovingly furnished. You and your family or friends will certainly feel at home with us.

Leisure: The Chiemsee, also known as the Bavarian Sea, invites you to go sailing, boat and steamer trips, stand-up paddling, visit the Herreninsel with the royal castle of King Ludwig II or the Fraueninsel with the monastery and the beautiful gardens. The range of leisure activities is very varied for children, young people and adults. For children, the surrounding leisure and fairy tale parks in Marquartstein, Oberreit and Ruhpolding as well as some adventure pools in Prien am Chiemsee or Wasserburg am Inn are of particular importance. For adults, the worth seeing medieval towns such as Kufstein, Salzburg or Wasserburg as well as extensive cycle paths (e.g. Pabst-Benedikt-Weg, Via Julia) offer enough space for recreation and culture. The local mountains offer excellent conditions for excursions in all seasons. In summer, the peaks can also be climbed by cable car. However, autumn is the best season for mountain hiking. The temperatures are more pleasant and the mountain forest takes on beautiful colours.
