The modern 2-room 56 sqmnew apartment (Apartment no. 2) was recently completed and stylishly equipped in a bright and modern design. The apartment is on the ground floor of the house and is always bright due to the floor-to-ceiling windows and also has a sunny terrace and parking space. We offer 2 apartments that are right next to each other and can be booked independently.
The 2-room apartment No. 2 has a bedroom and living room with oak floors, floor heating and a separate, basicequipped brand new kitchen and can accommodate up to 4 people.
The complete equipment of the apartment has been deliberately chosen to be very high quality. It has a DELUXE QUEEN size box spring bed (160cm x 200cm) in hotel quality, a smart TV with Netflix, fiber optic wifiand many other amenities.
You can start your day on the terrace with a NESPRESSO coffee and enjoy all the beautiful amenities of this apartment.
BATH:
The modern bathroom with floor heatinghas a walk-in shower. Of course we also provide fresh towels and all important things like shower gel & shampoo from brand PRIJA.
WORK:
The apartment is also ideal for working there.We offer extremely fast fiber optichigh-speed WiFi in the apartment.
HEAT:
The apartment is always optimally ventilated - the environmentally friendly ventilation system ensures clean air throughout. The apartment is connected to a modern combined heat and power system and therefore requires no heating. Instead, it has modern underfloor heating.
So you can always adjust the heat in the apartment to a level that is comfortable for you. You have more control over the room heat and air quality.
PARKING SPOT:
Park your car and go straight to the apartment. The Antoniusberg underground car park connects the entire complex underground. The apartment comes with an exclusive free parking space for you.There are also multiple E-charging stations available against a fee on the property.

The Antoniusberg is located slightly away from the city center in a quiet neighborhood. In 15 minutes you are in the center of Straubing at Ludwigsplatz. Numerous offers within walking distance make the complex an attractive residential area
RESTAURANTS:
In Tonis by Wenisch around the corner, the restaurant with a special touch, the Greek tavern Yiassas or the Pizzeria Calabria - you will find good restaurants in the neighborhood. If you prefer to order from the couch, there is a wide range to choose from on the Antoniusberg.
NATURE:
From the Antoniusberg you can quickly reach the Eglseer Moos, a long stretch through the countryside. In Straubing it is particularly nice to relax on the city beach and at the MoosmĂŒhle in summer.
We provide high-quality hotel bed linen and towels for you free of charge. A welcome set with coffee and tea also awaits you.
