-Smoke-Free Interior

To keep our home fresh and comfortable for everyone:

• Indoor Spaces: Strictly no smoking or vaping inside the house.

• Outdoor Spaces: You are welcome to smoke in the designated outdoor areas.

• Deep Cleaning Fee: A penalty of ₱5,000.00 will be charged for smoking indoors to cover specialized deep cleaning and odor removal.


Air Conditioning & Energy Care

Stay cool while helping us conserve energy with these simple steps:

• Keep It Sealed: Please ensure all windows and exterior doors remain closed while the AC is running.

• Ideal Temperature: We recommend setting the AC between 22°C and 24°C for optimal comfort and efficiency.

• Power Down: Kindly turn off all AC units whenever you step out for the day.

• Remote Control Care: Please place the remotes back in their designated holders or on the bedside tables when not in use.


Waste & Sanitation

Help us keep our sanctuary clean and pest-free:

• Designated Bins: Trash bins are available in the kitchen and bathrooms. Please ensure all waste is properly bagged.

• Disposal: Gather your tied trash bags and drop them in the backhouse trash bin. Extra liners can be found under the kitchen sink.

• Plumbing Care: Please do not flush wet wipes, tissues, or feminine products down the toilet. Kindly use the bathroom bins provided.


Kitchen Etiquette

• Pest Prevention: Please wipe down counters and clean up food crumbs after cooking to avoid attracting ants or other pests.

• Cabinet Care: To protect our wooden cabinetry from moisture damage, please ensure all knives, pans, chopping boards, dishes, and glassware are completely dry before storing them away in the cabinets.

Pets & Events

• No Pets Allowed: To maintain an allergen-free environment, pets are not permitted on the property.

• Quiet Environment: Loud music, parties, and large gatherings are strictly prohibited.


Safety & Security

• Zero Tolerance: Illegal activities and prohibited substances are strictly banned. We reserve the right to involve subdivision security or local authorities to protect our property and neighbors.

• Locking Up: For your safety, always lock all doors and windows whenever you leave the house.

• Registered Guests Only: Only guests listed on the booking are permitted on the property; outside visitors are not allowed. Our house staff may conduct occasional checks, and an additional fee of ₱500.00 per night will apply for each unregistered guest.

• Subdivision Security: For your peace of mind, a subdivision guard is on duty 24/7 at the main gate.
