This beautiful flat is located on the Mesa del Mar/Tacoronte directly 1st sea line. The La Arena beach (awarded with the blue flag) can be reached in about 2 minutes and the public natural pool in 3 minutes on foot.access is via a public, urban serpentine road.the road is tarred and secured and is maintained by the city.bus service during the day 1 times an hour.DO YOU WANT THE SEA - PLEASE VERY MUCH! Fine corner flat with spectacular views over the sea, beach, Teide, Puerto de la Cruz and small harbour!
As already mentioned, the flat is located directly on La Arena beach and has a sensational view over the Atlantic.fishing, directly under the balcony, swimming, drinking 1 glass of wine in the restaurant and eating papas arrugadas and fish.you can see the beach from the balcony and watch your perhaps older children.the building is called Marisol and is also easy to reach by bus.There are many public parking spaces in the immediate vicinity, a small boat harbour with a crane can be seen directly under the 2nd balcony, shopping trolleys like in the supermarket can be found in the foyer, then simply take the lift to the 2nd floor and on the 9th floor outside there is a rubbish bin and another bus stop, the north airport is about 9 km away and the south airport about 70 km.
This great corner flat consists of a living room with integrated kitchen (cooker, oven, fridge-freezer, coffee maker, microwave, toaster, etc.) In the living room itself is a sofa bed for 2 more guests and this is 140cm wide. 55 cm inch TV with integrated Netflix etc. for a fee, but there are also various programmes in German, English, French, even a Japanese channel.Adjacent to the living room is a closed, glazed balcony with a dream view over the Atlantic.a cosy rattan seating area invites you to linger with a good book and a glass of wine or a cup of coffee.furthermore there is of course a bathroom with shower, toilet, toilet, sink, mirror and a washing machine.the bedroom is our absolute highlight. The large, open balcony of 14 square metres has a magnificent view over the sea and is only separated from the rest of the room by sliding doors.
