Kakadu - Design Old Building, Central, Terrace, SNES & Stream

Feel at home in my cozy "Kakadu" apartment in beautiful Frankenberg. The 19th century house retains its old building charm despite the recent renovation and is centrally located near the old town. You have access to a small shared terrace - spend your well-deserved time out here on our comfortable lounge furniture or at a barbecue with friends and family! Stylish furniture and great attention to detail make the apartment something very special. The equipment leaves nothing to be desired, especially for families.

LIVING ROOM

The apartment is stylish but also practically furnished. You will find a number of extras here that far exceed the standards of normal holiday apartments. The heart of the apartment is the cozy living room with adjoining dining area. A comfortable sofa bed offers enough space for large groups. You will also find a smart TV with sound system and plenty of streaming options, as well as a SNES Mini with a varied selection of games. Here you can relax in a beautiful ambience in the relaxation hanging chair or argue over a multiplayer game. There is even a guitar! Real plants and a lot of attention to detail make the apartment a lot more homely than other accommodations.

KITCHEN

In the well-equipped large kitchen you will find everything you need for cooking. There is an oven, dishwasher, kettle, fridge with freezer compartment, toaster, microwave, as well as an espresso and filter machine, electric milk frother and much more. Espresso and coffee are of course included. There is enough work space and storage space for things you bring with you. There are enough seating options inside and outside for a cozy get-together.

BEDROOM

In each of the two bedrooms you will find a 160cm queen-size double bed and open wardrobes with enough storage space for your things. A mobile baby bed with mattress and cover is available if required. You will also find a fully equipped workstation with a monitor, webcam, mouse/keyboard, USB-C hub, etc. All rooms can be sufficiently darkened with blinds and curtains.

BATHROOM

The spacious bathroom has a bright and modern design with a floor-to-ceiling shower and a window for daylight and fresh air. Here you will find everything you need: a hairdryer, towels, shower gel, hair shampoo and conditioner. There is also a washer-dryer, which you are welcome to use if necessary. There is also a separate guest toilet.

FAMILY

My apartments are family-friendly. Of course there are high chairs, baby beds and a few board games. The sockets have a child lock and a CO2 alarm is installed. Of course there are also smoke detectors, a fire extinguisher and a first aid kit.

OUTDOOR AREA

There is a parking space for bicycles. The apartment has a shared terrace where you can relax with a cold drink after a busy day in Frankenberg's old town or the surrounding area. Lounge furniture and seating areas offer enough space for large groups. A charcoal grill with accessories is also available.

You have a parking space directly in front of the house.
