Healthy Environment and Fines: The interior of the apartment is a 100% smoke-free space. Smoking is exclusively permitted on the private balcony; we gently ask you to use an ashtray and keep the area free of cigarette butts. Smoking inside the property is strictly prohibited and will result in an automatic $200 USD fine to cover deep cleaning and odor removal.

Smooth Communication: Once your booking is confirmed, our communication will be mostly via WhatsApp or through the platform's chat. We are always just a message away to assist you with anything you need.

To guarantee a comfortable, safe, and respectful stay for everyone, we kindly ask you to follow these rules:

Quiet hours: From 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM, please respect our neighbors' rest by keeping noise to a minimum.

No parties or events allowed: Our goal is to maintain a peaceful environment. Unregistered guests are strictly prohibited from entering the apartment, and visitors are not allowed in the building's common areas.

Smoking Policy: Smoking inside the apartment is strictly prohibited. Smoking is exclusively permitted on the balcony, and we kindly ask you to use an ashtray and not leave cigarette butts scattered around. Failure to comply with this policy indoors or neglecting the balcony area will result in an automatic $200 USD fine to cover deep cleaning and odor removal costs.

Linens care (Fees starting at $50 USD): Please take care of the towels and bedsheets. Using towels to remove makeup or causing stubborn stains that permanently damage the linens will result in a replacement fee starting at $50 USD.

Elevator usage: Due to safety and building regulations, a maximum of two people are allowed in the elevator at the same time.

Trash disposal: Outside the apartment, in the hallway of your floor, there is a designated bin where you can leave your daily trash. The building janitor will collect it daily.
