Think it furniture needs to be updated
The owners were great to work with and very responsive. The place is defin dated...the furniture, beds, flooring, walls, fixtures, etc and could use an update.
A little disappointed, but had a good time
I have a mixed review.... I'll start with the positives: The check-in & check-out process was easy. The owner emailed me directions and it was clear. The size of the unit is good for small groups. Now for the not so great: We were a little disappointed with this condo. I reached out to the owner by sending them a message, but didn't hear back from them. The units overall condition wasn't great..... it's older and needs updating throughout. The unit description states that the furniture is new, but it certainly did seem that way and the pullout sofa needs to be replaced. The condo seemed clean minus some cobwebs on a few ceiling areas. Broken toilet paper holder, light bulbs need replaced (only one out of 5 were working in kitchen). The location of the unit is just below the Village area which is good, but be prepared to walk up 80 metal stairs and then across a parking lot to get there (it's doable, but not ideal for kids wearing ski boots & challenging for some). I would stay here again, but not at the rate which we paid. Rental rate seems really high considering the condition of the unit and the location.
We thank you for your review. As you stated, we are very proactive through the booking and checking processes as we are committed to provide our customers with a trouble free arrival. In addition, we strive to keep our unit updated and we are constantly improving it, within reason. A simple phone call notifying us of burnout light bulbs or broken toilet paper holder could have be adequate, as we quickly responds and correct those.
What we are not so fast in responding is to requests for refunds after the vacation is over. If for some reason the unit did not meet your expectations, you should had let us know the moment you open the front door.
Just an FYI, Bedroom TV's didn't work.

Cozy place , clean, well furnished
Enjoyed our stay during a busy President's Day weekend at Snowshoe.
Very convenient to the slopes and restaurants and buses. Older property with very small bedrooms. Well stocked kitchen utensils. Used code for entry instead of keys - nice for a large group.
